　　Liu Xiang is my hero who is a very successful hurdler.

　　He won the first Olympic gold me dal for China in the world 110m hurdles race. He worked so hard that he suffered a lot from his foot problem. However, he did not give up practising and finally returned to the first place in 2012.

　　From him I learn the strong will which encourages me so much every time I

　　It is important to protect the environment because we have only one earth. If we try our best, we can make the world a better place to live in.
