　　假设你是第九中学学生会主席(chair of the Students’ Union)李华。你校将举办一次英语演讲比赛(English Speech Contest),想邀请你校附近某国际学校的外籍教师 Smith女士来做评委(judge)。请参照以下比赛通知，用英语给她写一封100词左右的邀请函(invitation)。开头和结束语已给出，不计人总词数。

　　要求：需包含以下要点：

　　1. 个人简介(姓名、职务等);

　　2. 比赛通知中的所有信息;

　　3. 对被邀请人提出希望。

At that time, 20 students will take part in the English Speech Contest and give us the most wonderful performance.
