　　话题解析

　　该话题要求我们针对一些重要而又有必要做出提前安排的事情制订出实施计划以保证事情顺利进行，实现预期目标。该话题的写作主题如果是计划某项活动则一般需要说明该项活动开展的目的、时间、地点和内容，如果是围绕生活或某件具体事件则主要说明总目标、各阶段分目标及其进度和详细计划等内容。

　　写作点拨

　　文章应该以第一人称为主，由于计划和安排的内容是将来要发生的动作，所以在叙述此部分内容时应该以一般将来时为主。我们可以通过分-总的结构来组织本篇文章：
